At Holistic Health Hive, I am committed to delivering a high standard of professional care in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. The following policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain professional standards.

Commitment to Clients

All treatments will be delivered for the full duration booked. Consultation time is provided within the treatment time.

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first appointment.

A consultation of up to 10 minutes will be conducted prior to the first session to ensure the treatment is appropriate and tailored to individual needs.

Treatments will only be carried out if deemed safe and suitable by the therapist.

In certain circumstances, written permission from a GP or consultant may be required before proceeding with treatment.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Holistic Health Hive upholds a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
Should a client behave inappropriately at any point, the therapist reserves the right to terminate the session immediately. In such cases, the full treatment fee will still be payable.

Payment Policy

Payment for the full treatment will be required if more than 10 minutes of the session has been delivered.

Where payment cannot be taken immediately, an invoice will be issued to the client.

All invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the issue date.

Booking Confirmation

A treatment booking is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed upon the date, time, duration, and location of the session.

Client Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee, payable within seven (7) days.

This fee may be waived at the therapist's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Clients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or who have had recent close contact with someone symptomatic, are asked to cancel their session immediately. In such cases, the cancellation fee will not apply.

Late Arrival

Clients arriving late will receive treatment for the remaining time available within their scheduled slot.

The full treatment fee will still apply regardless of reduced time.

Therapist Cancellations

The therapist may cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

In the event of unexpected circumstances, the therapist may cancel a session without notice. This may occur if:

The treatment space is found to be unsafe or unsuitable

The therapist is unwell or unable to work

The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

In all cases, the therapist will aim to reschedule the session within two weeks, subject to availability.
