I specialise in remedial massage: deep tissue massage and gua sha (a traditional Chinese medicine technique). Before I became a massage therapist, I worked in occupational health and counselling—work that gave me valuable insight into the mind-body connection. Over time, I realised that bodywork offered a more direct and nurturing way to support others, and I’ve never looked back.
