It's an 8-week holistic coaching programme that helps you understand why you got here, unpick the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build a practice that works for your life — not the other way around.

This isn't about working less. It's about working in a way that doesn't cost you your health, your evenings, or your love for the job.

THE JOURNEY

The programme moves through three phases. Each one builds on the last.

Phase 1 — Understand (Weeks 1–2)

Before we change anything, we get honest about where you are. A full business and energy audit, plus the deeper work — the beliefs that make it hard to say no, the people-pleasing, what you're actually afraid will happen if things change. You leave knowing exactly what's costing you, why it's happening, and what needs to change first.

Phase 2 — Rebuild (Weeks 3–6)

This is the practical work. Your schedule, your client boundaries, your booking systems, your pricing. We build the structures that make a different way of working actually possible — and we work on the mindset alongside it, because you can build the perfect cancellation policy and still not enforce it if the guilt is still there.

Phase 3 — Sustain (Weeks 7–8)

Change is easy to make and hard to keep. The final two weeks are about making sure what we've built holds — especially when things get busy or clients push back. You finish with a Boundaries & Business Guide and a sustainability plan so you can keep running it without me.
