Cupping Therapy — available seperately or in combination with massage
Cupping uses suction cups placed on the skin to lift the tissue, increase blood flow, and release deep tension that hands alone can't always reach. It's particularly effective for the back, shoulders and legs.
The cups create a gentle pulling sensation rather than pressure — many people find it immediately releases tightness they've been carrying for months.
